Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actor, most famous for her portrayal of Joan Holloway. She played the role in seven seasons of AMC's time-travel dramatic Mad Men from 2007-2015. The show brought her six Emmy nominations, including best supporting actor and critical praise. She has been known in her career of two decades for her performances in the legal comedy Kevin Hill, comedy series Another Period and crime drama Tin Star. She is known for her performances on Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey At Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. She has also recorded her voice on animated series like From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! Before that, she was working as a model and carried on for several years before her first appearance on TV with the anthology show Undressed which premiered in the year 1999. Her first big role was in the comedy drama Beggars and Choosers following which she also received appreciation for her part in the popular show Firefly. Esquire magazine voted her as the most beautiful female in America and the most attractive woman in the world in the year 2010.
